How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once we receive your order, it takes 1 to 2 days to process and prepare. After that, it is handed over to the shipping carrier. It typically takes 3 to 4 business days for delivery once it’s in transit.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on orders over $75 USD. For orders under that amount, there is a flat rate of $4.99 USD to any state in the U.S.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You will then receive a separate email with your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is printed.
Can I track my package?
Absolutely. Once your label is printed, you’ll receive the tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package on the shipping carrier's website.
What if my order doesn't arrive or gets lost?
If your order is lost or doesn't arrive, we will verify the status with the shipping carrier. Don't worry! Womoove will take care of it; we will replace your order with a new one (subject to availability) or give you the flexibility to choose other products.
